At Isabelle Meira we are passionate about making products the very best they can be. We strive to produce our swimwear to the highest quality. Hopefully, that means we'll have made products you love and can't wait to wear. But if there's any reason you'd like to return your item (s), please review the following return policies.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return must then be with us within the following 14 days. During holidays, such as Christmas, we will double the above timescale.
- Items must be returned unworn within 14 days.
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
- Unworn items must be returned in original Isabelle Meira bag
- Your refund will take up to 7 days via the same payment method you originally used.
Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage incase your returns in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
Returns from the U.K. will be free of charge. Any returns from any other locations will be at the purchasers expense.
If you fail to comply with these obligations, we have the right to refuse a refund. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
Our return policy does not include sale items. All items purchased from the sale are exchangeable but non-refundable.
CREATING A REFUND
Email us at hello@isabellemeira.com with your order number to initiate the process.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and ask you to keep your receipt safe until the refund amount has been credited to your bank account. Isabelle Meira is not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit and you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure tracking details sent to us via email.
EXCHANGES
If alternate sizes / colours are available we will ask for you to complete a separate order for your new item whilst returning your original item for a refund. This just helps to speed up the process of you getting your perfect item.
